Marley's Story...
this girl was born to a stray dog. all were very hungry and were in desperate need of help. they are about 6-7 weeks old and are fairly healthy. most of these babies have gorgeous blue eyes! they have been wormed and had their first shots. they are getting socialized and are doing very well around people. they love to play and desperately need homes. if you would be interested in one of these little cuties, please email mary at corvetteluver01@yahoo.com or amanda at AROGERS0012@kctcs.edu. Most of our dogs come from very high kill rural area shelters. Most have been neglected and/or abused, so please consider giving a loving new home to one of our wonderful pets...you will be repaid with years of love and devotion. TRANSPORT CAN LIKELY BE ARRANGED TO AN APPROVED HOME. Thanks for looking! I need a sponsor! If you can't adopt, please consider sponsoring a needy dog. For a small donation, you can help cover food and vet costs for these homeless animals!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Marley, a Paintsville Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Paintsville, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Paintsville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Paintsville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Paintsville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Paintsville paves the way for another one to be saved.
