My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Desi and Lucy are brother and sister. They are like so many brothers and sisters and as different as night and day. Lucy is a gabber and does most the talking for Desi. She will talk all day. He is very quiet, laid back and easy going. Lucy is protective of Desi and makes sure to clean his face several times a day! Desi loves his belly rubbed and will let you rub all day if you want. Lucy loves to put her head in your lap and talk things over. They sleep together touching. They both wake you up with lots of kisses.
These beautiful dogs were living on the streets alone where they were dumped. They had to stick together to survive. Make no mistake about it, they are bonded for life. To see the affection they show one another makes you realize humans could learn something from observing the way animals respond to one another.
Desi would never abandon Lucy the way some human did. And Lucy would never leave Desi. All they need now is a family to love them both into their hearts. They are about 2 years old, house trained and very well behaved. Having Desi and Lucy is about the same as having one. They are one, and want to be one with a person or family that does not have it in them to ever abandon them again. They almost died on the streets, now they are dying to live happy ever after. Welcome their love into your heart, and you will never be the same.
