My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Stella, an 8 month old American Bulldog, was rescued from the Miami Dade Animal Services Shelter. Stella has a congenital defect on her front paw. Consults and xray with 2 of our trusted veterinarians confirm that amputation is not necessary and the paw causes her no pain. http://eyesofanangelpetrescue.sharepoint.com/Pages/default.aspx

Stella's foster mom says "She is very playful and loves to give kisses. She gets along well with dogs and cats (chases them a little). She gets along well with children. She needs socialization with people as much as possible, because she gets a little nervous when people walk behind her or around her. She notifies you if people or animals walk by the house. She needs a home that has other pets, preferably a larger friendly dog, but a home that can give her a lot of attention. She is really smart and can shake, sit and lay down. She loves to give you her 'gator paw'. Stella is very smart and would love to learn new tricks. She is incredibly loving and thinks her 45 pound self is a little lap dog. She is housed trained and we are still learning her signals so that we know when she needs to go out.
