My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Piper is the "teacher's pet." He always tries so hard to do the right thing, and is eager to please his foster mom and dad. Piper does not have an "alpha" personality, and has a peaceful, sweet nature. He loves to hang out with his foster parents, but is not "pushy" and sits quietly and waits for his turn at attention. He enjoys playing with his foster siblings, and always plays nicely. He's a very good boy, and would be a wonderful addition to just about any family. Because he is so sweet and docile, he's not recommended for very young children as they may unintentionally hurt him or frighten him. A family with well-supervised children would be fine for him. He's a real "sweetie." Piper is up to date on all vetting, has been microchipped, and is waiting for his forever home. He is housetrained to a doggie door, and could easily be transitioned to a "potty" schedule.

The first step in applying for one of our pets is to fill out an application. This in no way obligates you to adopt. It helps our foster parents learn more about you, which helps them determine if the pet would be a good fit for your situation. Please log on to our website at www.bbcra.org then click on the button on the left-hand side that says Apply to Adopt.
