Sassy: 7 yr old chocolate female,spayed,docked tail and natual ears. 10", 15 lb. Shots up-to-date. Owner give-up..
Meet Sassy, sweet little Sassafrass. She had a rough start to life. Sassy shows signs of severe abuse and neglect. She was well fed by her former owners, but received little else. Sassy is overly eager to please and generally always starving for attention. She is always giving love and begging for love in return. I believe her defense mechanism from her former life is trying to get all the attention she can now. If you raise your voice, poor Sassy will drop to the ground, curl up in a ball, and begin shaking. I believe this is also a side affect of her former life. She was initially leary of toys, but now plays with them, but still prefers your companionship. She is a great snuggle bunny, and an absolute sweetheart who will melt your heart in seconds. She doesn't like to be outside alone, even with other furkids. If you sit outside with her, she will run and play until you tell her to come inside. Sassy does have an occasional accident in the house, and generally it is my fault. If you don't accompany her outside, she stands at the door scratching to get in and won't use the potty. Sassy loves to sit up and beg for treats and affection. Who can resist that sweet little face, honestly? Sassy is crate trained and housetrained for the most part with the above listed exception.
