Marigold (Adoption Pending!)'s Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Marigold (Adoption Pending!)'s Story...
Marigold was picked up as a stray and brought to a local shelter. Initially, she was very scared and timid, but she is starting to come out of her shell. We have absolutely no background information on her. Marigold loves to play with the other dogs but would probably not be a good match with a cat.

We believe Marigold to be a Border Collie / Spaniel mix approx. 9-12 months old. She would most likely do best in a home with one other dog. Having another dog would give her a companion and someone to learn from. But if you have considerable time to spend with her, she would do well as an only dog.

Marigold does well in her crate at night. She often needs a bit of encouragement (aka treats) to entice her to go in; but once she gets in the crate, she relaxes to sleeps all night.

If you would like to know more about Marigold, contact Robin at 602-501-1844 or email Marigold is spay and up to date on her vaccines. Her adoption fee is $200.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Marigold (Adoption Pending!), a Phoenix Border Collie/Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie/Spaniel (Unknown Type) for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Border Collie/Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie/Spaniel (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Border Collie/Spaniel (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
