Hi Everyone,
Im Oscar, a bichon boy of about two and, according to my foster mom, the sweetest dog on the face of the earth!! She says I am well behaved, calm and mellow, yet playful and very loving! Dad says that Im smart, easy to be around and really want to please!
I LOVE to go for walks and even jogs especially when I can meet and play with other dogs, people and kids! Mom says Im very gentle with children and Im great with other dogs. My bichon foster sister, Tasha, says to tell you that Im really neat! She likes how gentle I am with her and how kind. Mom likes how we can play together -- then relax with one another. Tasha thinks I have a mellow and even tempered personality. I think shes pretty cute. We always take turns and cooperate with each other. (And we have only just been friends for just a short while!)
Mom says I thrive on attention and love to have my belly rubbed but I always ask politely. She says I am mastering my commands, too! I know sit and am learning down and leave it and I come when Im called too! Dad says that my tail is always high in the air ready to wag cause I love life. (Did he tell you I also like to cuddle and snuggle, am crate trained and an adorable all around guy?)
Before I came in to rescue my hair was never combed so it had to be shaved. My hair is starting to grow back now and is soft, silky and white. Mom says soon I will be even more handsome than I am now. (Aw shucks, Mom, you make me blush!)
