My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pete is a 3 year old white with brindle boy, who had a very, very short race career. He is brother to Dan. His small animal status is unknown.

I’m a happy, white bouncy boy called Pete. As you can see, my white fur promises cool snow showers during an Arizona summer. Can I guarantee that? No, of course I can’t. I’m a dog, not a marketing guru, but I can promise love and loyalty if you take me home. I’ve been taking courses as Pima College on Fur Companionship and I’m sure that I will ace the course. After all, most of it is common sense. I can’t imagine anything nicer than living with you, taking leisurely strolls during the cool hours when people will comment, ‘what a handsome, sweet boy.’ Yes, I’m a keeper.’ I’m a medium size hound that will fold up quite nicely into a small ball on your couch. I hope I go into foster care soon to learn about home living because then I’ll be one ripe greyhound ready for adoption. But if you want to home train me, log onto AGR’s website and contact the adoption director to let her know that you want to take me home.

Pete has an adoption pending.
