My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bobby Blue was scheduled for euthanasia at the shelter he was left at. He was extremely aggressive with anyone who approached him. As a last resort Cowichan Cat Rescue was approached to see if we had a barn home for him -- but we took one look at that lovely Blue Point Siamese boy and decided we could do better than that. Bobby Blue's aggression was all about hiding his terror. We do not know how he came to be trying to survive in the wild, but it was obviously not where he belonged. As soon as he realized his foster home was a safe place Bobby turned into the most loving cat with his foster family (and all their other cats and dogs!) Although he remains shy with strangers, he has shown no signs of aggression toward anyone or anything since those early days. Bobby will make a wonderful loving companion to a quiet loving adult who is patient with him for a few weeks while he gets to know his new home. Due to his history we are recommending an adult home and want it to be "indoor only" -- Bobby is curious about the great outdoors but becomes very frightened if he finds himself there!
