Maribel's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Maribel's Story...
I am an exceedingly pretty kitten and have a wonderful personality to match. I am the bravest and most outgoing of my littermates (Vladimir and Danae) and will entertain you with my antics. Since I am very playful with typical kitten energy, I would do best with a kitty companion that wants to have some fun. I am familiar with older children and a big dog but would need cautious introductions to new ones. Once settled in, just watch me enjoy life and when I slow down, put myself by you for some affection. My edob is 3/16/11.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Maribel, a Houston Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Houston, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
