Beautiful Gertie was found wandering the streets, abandoned and alone. This sweet girl found her way to the home of a friendly person who decided to bring her to the shelter so that she may have the care and attention she deserves. Gertie has settled in well, showing off her spunky personality and keeping the volunteers and visitors in stitches. When the photographer went to get pictures of Gertie, she was rolling around being such a ham for the camera that she ended up rolling right off the shelf. This didn't deter Gertie, she hopped up as if to say "I meant to do that" and went right back to pawing the photographer for some attention. Given the opportunity, this gorgeous girl is sure to turn your house into a real home.
