Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Barnum is listed here as a courtesy post. The following was written by Barnum's family. They may be reached at gypsity@comcast.net. Please reply to this email address if you would like to give Barnum a home.
ABOUT BARNUM....
Barnum is a very sweet loveable neutered boy. He is 2 years old. He loves children & other dogs and is friendly with cats,(he is very energetic though so
older cats may not be amused with his playful nature).
For a beagle, he is not that loud, he will bark at passers-by but for the most part, he remains quiet
all day. Unless that day is your birthday because if a group of people sing happy birthday loudly-he will join in until the song is over!! He likes to
frolick with beagles so he will make cute sounds when they are play wrestling.
He is not aggressive and has come from a previous home where he was hit so anytime he is scolded he cowers and lowers his head. He very much wants to
please you. He is the classic black saddle of a beagle mixed with brown and on
his white front paws he is sprinkled with brown specs. He is housebroken but occassionaly urinates inside. Long walks have corrected that problem.
When he came to us he liked to dig and run away but we have trained him not to do those things. He is a little beagle and just needs someone to take him home and make him their baby.
