This is Stanley. He is a German Shepherd Dog mix and may even have a little Great Dane in him. Stanley weighs in about 70 pounds. He is truly a big hunk of love. I absolutely fell in love with this dog. I hope he goes to a very special family. You can tell he has had a hard life, his ear is ripped. But all he wants is to give love and receive love. The whole time I was taking pictures of the other dogs, he was in his cage just waiting, waiting for me to get to him. He is a very mellow, sweet loving boy. You HAVE to come meet Stanley, you won't be disappointed. We do believe he would do better in a single dog home..........as much as he loves humans and is gentle with them, there are certain dogs he does not get along with. I am sure it had to do with his previous life on the streets.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Stanley, a Marseilles Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Great Dane dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Great Dane for sale in Marseilles, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Great Dane dog from a breeder in Marseilles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marseilles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marseilles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Great Dane breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Great Dane rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marseilles paves the way for another one to be saved.
