My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Winston is an extremely kind and playful English Pointer. He was brought to Four Peaks after being found abandoned in the desert. When we received him, he was very unsure of himself and very skinny. Since then, Winston has put on weight and developed into quite the character! He's a big snuggler and he loves to play ball and tug-o-war, especially with other dogs! He now loves attention and wants to play with anyone who is willing! He does great with other dogs and cats. He is very eager to please and respectful, but is still working on learning more obedience and tricks. He didn't have much human companionship in his early life and is now making up for it, so it would probably be best if Winston was in a home where his human companions give him a lot of attention and are around often. Due to his puppy nature, he needs direction, but is very sensitive to harsh correction. He loves his dog and cat playmates and is very non-confrontational!! He is neutered and current on his vaccinations. We would like to see him go into a home where there is another friendly dog who could be a play-mate.
