Ringo's Story...
This is Ringo. Ringo is about 1 year old. We believe he is a Doxie/Terrier mix. His coat is quite striking and he is such a nice boy! He came in with another male mixed breed dog and they get along beautifully. Ringo is a quiet boy-definitely not a barker. He seems to do well with other dogs but he has not been tested around cats or small children. From what we've discovered about Ringo however we believe he could do well in any home. He is neutered, micro chipped and fully vaccinated.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ringo, a Edmonton Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Edmonton, or seeking a Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Edmonton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Edmonton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Edmonton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Edmonton paves the way for another one to be saved.
