Whispers is an incredibly sweet and special young girl. Loving, inquisitive and trusting, she defines innocence and purity of soul. Whispers endured horrific abuse at four months old - her fractured skull has healed but she was left with permanent neurological damage. Amazingly, she continues to love and trust people, and we are searching for a loving home where she will experience only kindness and love for the rest of her days.
