My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Diego Dude!
Hi everyone!! My name is Diego and I am just about 1 1/2 years old and weight about 130 pounds. I am a Mantle Dane.

All about me...
I'm a confident active doggie. I love to play and I act just like a puppy. If your family wants a Giant size puppy then here I am.

My training & manners info.
I know how to sit, down, shake and we are working on stay. That stay thing can be hard to do. I walk very well on a leash but you have to watch that my collar is on tight because I know how to back out of them when I think I am done walking. When my foster mom wants me to run and play outside she will put me in the round pen and and off I go to burn some energy. I love a TON of attention and I will be next to you all the time, to bad I can't fit in a back pack.

Are you the right family for me?
I get along very well with my human foster sisters and I am very gentle to them the girls are 7 & 8 years old. But if you have children 5 and under I might not be the best match. When I am having fun in the house and running and playing I have NO clue to my size. I get going and with in seconds I am sliding all the rugs into the corners and then I will try and jump on the couch. I love to get onto the beds and spin like crazy to make my very own special nesting place. Humans are funny how they like there blankets all nice and straight and flat on the bed. But when I am told to stop I will stop. I am crate trained but I hate the crate. I am house broke also. If I am the right dog for your family the first couple of days I am nervous, pace and cry a little.

How I feel about other furry creatures.
I get along with the other dogs and cats, birds and horses.
