Eva's Story...
I'm a Diva

I'm a woman who has self-confidence, self-respect, and hella swagger. I know who I am and exactly where I'm going. My style and attitude are on point even when I'm not trying. People typically gravitate to me because they respect my swagger. What can I say? I got it going on.

I also need to let you know that my beauty is unparalleled - beautiful round face, bright yellow eyes, and a killer svelte figure. People notice me when they walk in the room and not just because I run up to them to say hello. I'm a chatty, friendly, loving girl. Don't let my attitude fool you. I want lots of attention and love. So pick me up and cuddle me or sit down so I can relax in your lap.

This is actually my second time at Paws. I originally came in with my four babies. We weren't here very long. My new home was great. Until the renovations. The workmen, the changes in the house. It just had a bad effect on me. I cried a lot and didn't always use the litterbox. So I was returned to Paws. That doesn't mean I will do those things in a new home. I just like stability. I also like being an only cat, this diva doesn't like to share. I'm in a room with other cats here at the shelter, and let me tell you, they just can't seem to get into their heads that I'm to get all the attention from volunteers and staff. I've never been in a home with dogs or young children, and I'm not interested in trying it out. I want a quiet home where I will receive tons of love and affection and so no going outside for me. I'm not missing any of that love and affection.

I'm about 3 years old. I'm spayed, current on all my vaccinations and I've tested negative for FIV and FeLV.

Yeah baby! Do you think you handle this perfect package? Come to Paws and let's chat.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Eva, a Norwalk Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Norwalk, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Norwalk.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Norwalk already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Norwalk breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Norwalk paves the way for another one to be saved.
