Grant's Info...

Grant's Story...
Meet Grant! Grant is a sweet, gorgeous, 18 month old male GSD. He was rescued from a shelter when his time ran out, and is now on to bigger and better things.

Grant gets along well with other dogs, and loves to play. He is good with people, both adult and children, and loves to snuggle. He has not been tested with cats, but would probably do fine with them. He has shown no aggression towards anything or anyone.

Grant is utd on routine vaccinations, flea/tick prevention and heartworm prevention. He has been neutered and is microchipped.

Please Click Here to fill out an application. This is the first step in our adoption process. No adoption will be considered or discussed until this has been completed and received.

Grant must go to a home where he will live inside as an important member of the family. We do not adopt to anyone under the age of 21. Our adoption fee is $395, which includes the ground transport fee ($100) for dogs who traveled to their new home and the health certificate fee ($45) that is required by the USDA for all animals crossing state lines.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Grant, a Brattleboro German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Brattleboro, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Brattleboro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brattleboro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brattleboro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brattleboro paves the way for another one to be saved.
