Max's Story...
Hi - My name is Max.

I am a cat with a very outgoing personality. I like to make friends. I seek friendship out and even surprised everyone with my enthusiasm for playing with dogs. I was at Petco trying to attract a loving new home when they came in to train the dogs. I was allowed out to see a dog that has trouble adjusting to the cat in his home. Well, it only took a second and we were rolling around and playing like life-time friends. So when I say I look for friendship, I really mean it!

Are you looking for a friend like me and perhaps so is you dog, your kids, a fish or all of the above? :)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Max, a Naples Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Naples, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Naples.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Naples already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Naples breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Naples paves the way for another one to be saved.
