Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Clover is a gorgeous one-year-old smooth female Sheltie/Collie mix ~ what an awesome breed combination! She weighs only 26 lbs. (and is a little underweight). She has the fine bone structure of a Sheltie, but is a bit taller (18 inches at the shoulder). Clover is a super sweet girl who loves to give kisses and likes to be near you. She is fostered in a home with 3 other male dogs and is doing well. She was rescued from an over burdened high-kill Ohio animal control where she was picked up as a stray, so we do not much information on her background. She is great with kids, cats and dogs, she loves to play with her smaller foster brother (Kosmo ~ also listed). She has discovered toys and she is so much fun to watch. She walks well on a leash and we are working on basic obedience. She is still new to the rescue so we will update her bio as we get to know her. She will be spayed and microchipped before adoption and is vaccinations. If you are interested in learning more about this wonderful dog, please contact Clover's Foster Mom at (630) 892-0173 or e-mail dhbirdlover@yahoo.com to get an application to start the process. We are a small group of volunteers and require a home visit prior to adopting, so potential adopters need to be within a 40 mile radius of Aurora.
