Woodie is 11 wks old as of July 17 th and weighs 8 lbs. His mom is a Daschund rescued from a chain and Woodie's dad could be any type dog but we think he looks like a hound or lab mix. Poor Mom! His brothers and sisters have all gotten good homes but he got retuerned because his new family had to move suddenlty.
He sleeps inside and is doing good on housebreaking. Please email " ajwood24@att.net" for more info on adopting Woodie. Vet references are required.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Woodie, a Lincolnton Dachshund/Hound (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Lincolnton, or seeking a Dachshund/Hound (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Lincolnton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lincolnton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lincolnton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Dachshund/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lincolnton paves the way for another one to be saved.
