My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sweet little Westie-poo sustained injury with original owners that was never treated. He gets around and plays like all other dogs, it is just harder for him.

*****Below you will find contact email as well as adoption fees & all that is included in the fee which reinburses our Non-Profit rescue so we can continue to save pets that are scheduled for euthanisia simply because the animal shelters are full.****

Prior to adoption, we would need your past or current vet contact so we can call for a vet reference. We call to make sure you have kept your past and current pets UTD on vaccinations and dogs on heart worm preventative. Rudolph is available as a inside family member only. He loves going outside, but does not want to live outside.

On 3/18/2011, Rudolph was spotted by a foster mom with our rescue at the Dallas Animal Shelter. This tiny guy was waiting in a kennel to die just because he had been injured. Rudolph is around a year old and just an absolutely adorable love bug! He has been neutered, and the vet says he has endured a back injury, but from 3/18/2011- now (4/28/2011) he has made a lot of progress. Rudolph does stumble around a little bit, but he plays, runs and does everything a normal dog can do. When I took him from the Dallas Animal Shelter, his poor little toe nails were worn all the way to his paws.  As of 4/28/2011, he has toe nails!!!!!   He loves to play with toys and loves to carry them around. He has happy, outgoing, friendly personality. He does not now a stranger. He loves people and would love to be adopted and get more attention. He lives in a huge pack environment and gets along with all the dogs. He also lives with cats and does great with them as well.

Prior to adoption, a vet check is required. We verify you have kept past/current pets UTD on vaccinations and dogs on heart worm preventative. Please email Gayla for an application at meteapots@yahoo.com.
