My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

The "Boys" were rescued from a kill shelter where they shared a 5x5 run. They are excellent dogs and are well adjusted. They are housebroken and very quick learners. They like streams and lakes. They are very good when given a bath. They love their daily walks or hikes, but Gunner is built more for hiking, running, jumping (he is so agile) - where Max is built more for strolls around the neighborhood. Gunner is the goofy one. He likes to sit on your lap, lick your face, and jump up if you let him. He is great with everyone! He almost craves too much attention. Max is much more cautious of everything at first, but he becomes very trusting. Once he sees Gunner doing it, then he usually follows suit. Max is the more serious, calm one. He will stay right with us when walking without a leash. He is loyal and will give licks just like his brother, but you have to earn it. These two have been through a lot, but they are great dogs. They rely on each other and need to be adopted together. But like peanut butter and jelly, they go together.
