Yuko's Story...
My story: Yuko and her brother Tatami were found in a drainage pipe outside of a judo dojo. They were emaciated and frightened. Now these two sweeties are eating well, playing alot and no are longer afraid. Yuko is the quieter of the two but now purs and loves to play with her brother. Tatami is outgoing, playful and purs alot too. What they need most now is a loving home to give them the life they so fully deserve. Please contact their foster Lorie at (813) 625-6851 to meet these precious babies.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Yuko, a Tampa Calico cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Calico for sale in Tampa, or seeking a Calico cat from a breeder in Tampa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tampa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tampa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Calico breeders who help with Calico rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tampa paves the way for another one to be saved.
