Hi! I'm from Alvin, Texas. Statistics say that I am only 5% of the population of orange kitties ' cause I am a GIRL!!!! So apparently that makes me a really special kitty. OK I'm a little bigger than a kitty now, but I am a shy girl. Since I can't talk, I can't tell anyone about the first part of my life that made me this way. I do SO love petting and want to trust so I can be held....but it does take some time for that trust factor.
I haven't give n up on humans. I promise to be the best well-behaved cat you could ever have, if you'd just love me and let me know it's OK this time. My gentle heart will make you content and happy. You'll be purring right along with me!!

Purr Paws Rescue is a registered 501(c)(3). We are a foster based rescue, meaning that we do not have a shelter. All of our cats and kittens live with their foster families until adoption. We are a no-kill rescue, meaning that we do not euthanize for space. Quality of life is important to us.
Purr Paws Rescue is always looking for new foster homes and volunteers to help with adoption days, transport, and the adoption center at Petsmart Cypress.
We hold adoptions on most Saturday's and Sunday's at Petsmart Cypress (Hwy 290 @ Spring-Cypress) from Noon to 4pm. For more information, please check out our website.
We have a $95 adoption fee which helps cover the costs of getting the cats and kittens to adoptable status. We do have an application, which can be filled out online on our website, and then a contract upon approval.
