Mowgli's Story...
Meet Mowgli! This handsome young Staffordshire Terrier/American Bulldog mix needs to make a new start in life and is looking for a forever home. At only 4 months old, Mowgli is everything you could ask for in a puppy – playful, affectionate, and totally entertaining. He loves everyone he meets – people, other dogs and even cats! Mowgli is working hard on his housebreaking, current on his shots, neutered, and learning his leash manners. Sometimes it can be tough for a young guy to control himself when all he wants to do is explore the world! Mowgli would love a home that has a fenced yard where he can safely run and play. And he would just love a canine brother or sister to play with too.

Mowgli will make a great addition to some lucky family who will provide him with the safety and love that he craves. And he promises to return the love ten-fold if given the chance. If you would like to give Mowgli his forever home, please contact Lee at 440-554-3828 or pulver.puppylove5@gmail.com for more information. Mowgli is hanging out in a foster home until his forever family arrives, so Lee will be happy to set up a visit. You won’t be sorry!

** The adoption fee helps to cover the general veterinarian check-up, heartworm test, spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, rabies vaccination, worming, flea preventative, and microchip that all dogs adopted through Berea ARF receive prior to going into their new home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mowgli, a Berea American Bulldog/American Staffordshire Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Bulldog/American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Berea, or seeking a American Bulldog/American Staffordshire Terrier puppy from a breeder in Berea.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Berea already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Berea breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Bulldog/American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with American Bulldog/American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Berea paves the way for another one to be saved.
