I am already spayed/neutered, housetrained, a special needs pet, and up to date with shots.
Henry is a very sweet, affectionate and loving dog. He loves people and will bonds very well with you. Unfortunately, he was severely mistreated as a young dog and has some issues with the water hose that can be easily managed.
At this point, he would have to be an only dog. But if you just want one dog, he is a great one. He really enjoys walks and is not reactive on the leash to other dogs. He can even leash walk with other dogs, when it is done mindfully.
He is crate trained and probably house trained or would easily be house trained.
He LOVE toys and the agility ramp.
He would be a very enjoyable dog to have a rewarding one on one relationship with in the right environment. Other family members and older children are fine. Just no cats or other dogs in his living space.
Another dog is possible depending on the dog, the home AND your experience managing multiple dogs that arent great together. In the right home is can be done and has been done.
But Henry would be best as an only pet and would bring you lots of friendship and love!!!
Give him a chance, he deseves it. He really really does.
