Lovebug Avery's Story...
Four month old Avery is one of the sweetest dogs I've ever met. He looks like he could be a mix of Beagle and Lab, perhaps, and will probably weigh about 40 pounds when fully grown. This is the sort of dog that you can trust with your children and your children's friends. He would make a delightful addition to almost any household. Avery is gentle and affectionate, not a big barker, and even with his puppy energy, you can tell he will be a laid-back, mellow dog. For anyone who might be interested, he might well have the potential to be a therapy dog.

Avery was rescued from a high-kill pound, after spending over a week there. This sweet little guy will be so thankful and grateful to have a forever family. His adoption fee of $100 includes deworming, first vaccines (including rabies), initial heartworm prevention, neuter, and microchip. Please come meet Avery...you will fall in love with him. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lovebug Avery, a Eden Beagle/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle/Labrador Retriever for sale in Eden, or seeking a Beagle/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Eden.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Eden already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Eden breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Beagle/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Eden paves the way for another one to be saved.
