Once upon a time there was a cute little rat terrier puppy with 2 stick up ears. First the left ear flopped. Then the right. So then we had a cute little rat terrier puppy with 2 floppy ears. Then a few days later his mommy came home to find the left ear sticking straight up again. "What is going on?" she said. Are they just lazy? Need some superglue? What will he look like in the end? There's no telling but whatever it is he will be precious.......
Vinnie is a 4 month old rat terrier/chihuahua mix. He is mostly black with white and tan markings. As of July 22nd he weighs 7 1/2 pounds and will probably end up at about 12 pounds or so. He is very social and likes to play with other dogs and snuggle with his people. He even seems okay with cats. Vinnie is not quite housetrained but is working on it. He is neutered and microchipped and has his first 2 rounds of shots. The others will be taken care of at our vet when it is time.
