Hello World,
My name is Luca and I am a darling little bichon boy of about five, who is also a very lucky boy. Let’s start with why I am so lucky.
Until the other day I was living on the street. Now I have a foster Dad who takes me on walks and rides - and a foster Mom I can snuggle with. I have a doggy foster brother who is teaching me that I am safe and loved. And every day I’m learning and learning and learning!
Mom says I love to cuddle and cuddle constantly. She says my tail also wags all the time with happiness – just like a metronome! I will come right up to your face to love you and show you how much I do (but I’m not a major kisser, just a major cuddler!) Mom says I also make this cute little endearing sound when we cuddle. Of course the best part is that I no longer have to be alone (Didn’t I tell you I’m lucky!).
Dad says that I am smart and have already learned the house rules - and that I want to please. He says that I probably never had toys before so he, Mom and my doggy foster brother are trying to teach me to play. Personally I’d rather sit in a lap or lie by your side. Dad also says he is teaching me commands. He doesn’t need to teach me to heel, though, as I always stay right by his side.
Mom says that it doesn’t take much to get me into a snuggle mode’ - and that I am ready at any time. I like to snuggle on the couch, in the chair, in the car – you name it. I’m a champion cuddlebug and I have the medals to prove it.
I like to ride in the car, go for walks, am housebroken and get to sleep in the big bed at night with Mom and Dad. Mom says I need human contact a lot and would make a great companion and watch dog. Oh and one last thing: Mom says I’m great with some dogs but not with all dogs. Sometimes they scare me or I think I have to protect mom or dad. We're working on that and it's not all dogs, just some,that I can't figure out.
