Thor's Information:

Thor is a big walking teddy bear. He was found as a stray and was never claimed at the shelter. Despite having been abandoned, he seems to LOVE everyone he meets...he trots to the door anytime someone comes into the house to meet them with a big smile and a wagging tail. Although we believe he is completely blind (cataracts), he’s amazingly good at navigating our house. He seems to like having other dogs around and is completely unfazed by the commotion of having three other dogs in our home. Although the vet estimates his age as somewhere around 10, Thor loves going for long walks and walks very well on a leash. The only thing he might enjoy as much as walks is getting his belly rubbed, and when he hears someone walking by he’ll roll onto his back with a hopeful look on his face. He has had some separation anxiety in the past (pawing at the door when we are gone), but that seems to diminish when he is given enough exercise and treat balls are left out for him to find. Thor is a sweet guy who would love to find a forever home that will take him for walks, rub his belly, and be his friend. We believe he likes the companionship of other dogs and would probably do best in a home where he has at least one other furry friend to keep him company when you’re not home.
