Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello! I’m one of the American Idol Puppies! My mama is a stray beagle girl who ended up in a shelter in Ohio, so I’m not quite sure what kind of dog my daddy is. Some nice man at the shelter drove me to a wonderful BREW volunteer right after I was born, so I wouldn’t get sick in the shelter. The nice lady held onto me for 6 days before my foster mom came and picked me up. Mom decided to name me after the American Idol judges because I’ve traveled across 3 states and I’m still little. She also laughs at the fuss everyone makes over me because I’m so darn cute. The vet says I’m a little bit big, so I’m definitely not all beagle, but I’m a sweet and energetic pup who would make a wonderful addition to your family. Mom has been busy working to get me used to people and kids, and I have 3 rowdy older foster siblings who don’t bother me at all even when they bark all the time. If you are looking for a cute, energetic puppy to love, then I am the one for you!
Update:
Our precious Ryan has always been a little behind in development. We have been hopeful that his awkward gate was due to protein deficiency but it has become clear something more is going on. Our veterinarian has recommended that Ryan be seen by a neurologist for an MRI. The cost of such specialists and MRI procedure is very expensive. We want only what is best for Ryan and need your support in getting a clear answer to his needs. Please consider sponsoring Ryan to assist in these costly procedures.
