This adorable girl is named Abby. Abby is a medium sized 2 year old Boxer/Shepherd mix weighing approximately 65 pounds. While we know it is not polite to speak about a girl's figure, let's just say Miss Abby could stand to lose just a little bit from around the middle. Nothing much, just enough to give her a little bit of waistline definition. Abby is an absolutely WONDERFUL GIRL. She is extraordinarily polite and knows all of her basic commands including sit, shake and down. Abby is housetrained and crate trained. Abby walks perfectly on the leash without any pulling. Although Abby doesn't hesitate to go into her crate, she has been allowed to sleep at night outside of the crate and chooses to spend the entire night on a folded blanket beside the bed. Abby has transitioned into her new foster home VERY easily and has enjoyed meeting her two foster siblings. Abby has not shown any aggressive behaviors at all and was even observed sharing the water bowl with our other dog... who NEVER does that! Abby has an adorable smile, curly tail and shows us absolute joy when we walk in the door.

Abby is anxiously waiting for her forever family to connect with her. She will be attending the Heart of America Humane Society adoption this Saturday at the Petco store in Olathe located at 135th and Blackbob. Abby will be waiting on your call!
