Crickett's Story...
Hello there! My name is Crickett and I'm a great dog! My foster mom, Darlene, rescued me from some pretty bad conditions. I had been cooped up and crated most of my life. No one ever took care of me much and didn't take me to the doctor when I was sick. My foster mom found me when I was about eight months old. She got me out of that smelly old crate and took me to her home. However, she soon discovered, that I was very very sick and she had to take me to the hospital to get well. She got me all better, I've had my shots and I've been spayed.

Although my foster mom has worked with me, I've not had much social skills so I need someone who can work with me and train me. I'm very smart and learn quickly. I would protect you with my life. Would you be that person?

Please contact my foster mom, Darlene, at 502-802-7266 or email her at advocate4animals.inc@gmail.com. Thanks a lot!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Crickett, a Rochester Rhodesian Ridgeback/German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rhodesian Ridgeback/German Shepherd Dog for sale in Rochester, or seeking a Rhodesian Ridgeback/German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Rochester.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rochester already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rochester breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rhodesian Ridgeback/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Rhodesian Ridgeback/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rochester paves the way for another one to be saved.
