Aramis Max's Story...
Hello there! My name is Aramis. I am named after one of the Three Musketeers. You see I am as large and majestic as they come. I am a male that is approx 2 years old. I weigh in at about 110 lbs and am as gentle as they come. I am fully vetted with no health issues. I surprised my foster mom because I am a Pyr that will play ball, stuff animals or what ever you throw in the air ...I just love to jump as high as I can and catch it.. Also to mention as a Three Musketeer I taught myself to unlatch most gate locks. So my foster mom always makes sure that all gates are firmly locked in place. I am a house-trained inside the house dog (can you image a Three Musketeer with less manners than that?). My coat is as thick, soft and silky as you can imagine. My ears have a bit of gray on the tips which of course every Three Musketeer must have you know.. I am accustomed to living with cats, no biggie, chickens although they are in a pen but I don't mind them at all and lastly live within a pack of 5 dogs...3 being Pyrs both male and female. If you are interested in having a Three Musketeer to pal around with, oh do I love to walk on the leash (actually I walk so well you can hang the leash on your shoulder and the leash will stay put as we walk) just let me know and we can spend a lifetime together walking and just plain enjoying life together which is the way life is suppose to be!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Aramis Max, a Kyle Great Pyrenees dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Pyrenees for sale in Kyle, or seeking a Great Pyrenees dog from a breeder in Kyle.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Kyle already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Kyle breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Pyrenees breeders who help with Great Pyrenees rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Kyle paves the way for another one to be saved.
