O'Reilly's Info...

O'Reilly's Story...
O'Reilly is a 3 year old yellow male with a very mellow personality. O'Reilly came from the shelter as a stray because his owner never came to claim him. He has a sweet disposition and he gets along well with both male and female dogs. He is also good with little dogs so kitties should be ok. He is not dominant with the other dogs and is very laid back. He has not tried to dig or escape from the yard. Most of the time he just likes to hang out with his other foster brothers and sisters in the backyard or patio and relax. He also likes to follow me in the yard and is usually right next to me.
O'Reilly is crate trained and presumed housebroken since he has not had any accidents in the house. He may not be suited for a family that is looking for an athletic type of dog or as a jogging partner. He is more suited for a family that is just looking for a companion or as a companion to another low keyed dog member. He is probably more the low to medium energy dog.

Therefore, if you think O'Reilly is the companion you have been looking for, please contact your family representative. However, before foster contact information can be given, you must have an approved homecheck.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

O'Reilly, a Torrance Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Torrance, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Torrance.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Torrance already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Torrance breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Torrance paves the way for another one to be saved.
