Simba's Story...
"Hi, I'm Simba, pleased to meet you! I'm a handsome young man, born on July 5, 2004. I'm a gray tabby, but I have some white spots too. I'm a really nice guy, I get along well with just about everybody - even dogs! But I love my friend Nala the most - check out her profile too! I love to be around humans too... I'm somewhat sad that my humans cannot keep me due to severe allergies, but I'm also excited to find a new, loving home soon. Hmmm... what else can I say about me... oh, I'm declawed, so I HAVE to be kept indoors. I hope to meet you soon! Simba"

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Simba, a Yorba Linda Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Yorba Linda, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Yorba Linda.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Yorba Linda already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Yorba Linda breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Yorba Linda paves the way for another one to be saved.
