Peter's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Peter's Story...
Peter is a bouncy, energetic, playful Malinois puppy. He is somewhat cautious for the first 5 seconds upon greeting, and then, when everything "checks out", he is all wiggles and friendly. He is fearless in some aspects, as he has already picked up on swimming, making friends with cats, riding in the car, and being diplomatic with bigger dogs. He would be an awesome companion for someone looking for that Malinois personality. He is somewhere between 14-18 weeks old.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Peter, a Louisville Belgian Malinois/German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Belgian Malinois/German Shepherd Dog for sale in Louisville, or seeking a Belgian Malinois/German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Louisville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Louisville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Louisville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Belgian Malinois/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Belgian Malinois/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Louisville paves the way for another one to be saved.
