Rascle's Story...
I Have had a very hard life up to this point. I love to please you, and have to be with you. I am housebroken but I do need to be socialized. I become VERY attached to you instantly and don\'t like to share my attention. I love to play with other dogs and sleep with you if you let me. I am also good with cats. I was born in November 2010.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rascle, a Colorado Springs Australian Shepherd/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd/Labrador Retriever for sale in Colorado Springs, or seeking a Australian Shepherd/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Colorado Springs.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Colorado Springs already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Colorado Springs breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Australian Shepherd/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Colorado Springs paves the way for another one to be saved.
