Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Roxie is a 4-5 year old Dalmatian mix. She has been spayed, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative and on monthly preventative. Roxie loves to play fetch in the dog park and swim in the baby pool. Roxie needs a very strong handler. She is a smart girl and needs to know who is in charge. She has exhibited signs of fear aggression. Aggressive behavior is common with some rescue dogs. In Roxie’s case, her foster has been working with her weekly and she continues to improve. Roxie has completed basic obedience and her trainer has offered continuing training for life. Roxie has a very soft side. Once she gains your trust, she will drop and roll for a belly rub. She also likes to sit on your lap. It is recommended Roxie be the only pet in her new home. She may do well as a companion for a larger male dog, but definitely not a companion for a female (Alpha.) We highly recommend she does not go to a home with small children. For more information about Roxie, please contact tinahopkins@earthlink.net
