Although a little on the shy side, Stephie is a very sweet & loving girl. A victim of neglect, Stephie & her 7 litter mates were kept in a pen in the sweltering summer sun, with very little food, water or shelter. Stephie's mother was a beautiful medium size black lab mix - father unknown, but she appears to have a little hound mixed in, because of her coloring. She certainly has the lab tail, wagging her whole backside when she is happy!! Currently, she is about 10 months old & weighs about 40 lbs. She is house trained & is happy to stay in her crate when her foster is not at home. She gets along very well with her foster's dogs & cat. Stephie is up to date with her vaccinations & has been given flea/tick protection & heartworm preventative. She is spayed & microchipped. All she needs from you is her forever home!

Come Meet Our Pets...
We do not have a shelter. Our pets are being cared for in foster homes. We allow prospective adopters to meet the pet by appointment after we have approved the home to adopt and feel that we have a good match.

Our Adoption Process...
We ask that an adopton application be filled out and returned to help us make the best match possible for the rescued pet and for the adoptive home.

Our adoption fee is $150.00 We do add transportation costs which are paid by the adoptive home varying from $150.00-$200.00.
