Eden *video*'s Story...
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Eden is spayed, current on vaccines and tested negative for felv/fiv. She was born Nov 2010.

Homeless Eden was rescued from wandering the streets of Kensington. We can't imagine how long she was living that sad life! Her white fur was gray with grit and dirt and her scrawny frame was covered in scabs from flea bites. This poor little girl already showed signs of having kittens. When she was brought in to foster care she did absolutely nothing except eat and sleep. Eden was so exhausted; she literally slept for two days straight! It only took a couple of weeks to get Eden back to good health. She cleaned herself up, gained a couple of pounds and started playing! After seeming so defeated, it was especially heartwarming to see her behave like a happy kitty should! Eden has settled into life indoors, regular meals and playing and chasing her feline foster friends. She's even started to jump in her foster mom's lap! Eden's story truly speaks of coming back from the depths of despair!

About Northeast Animal Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Northeast Animal Rescue is a local group in Northeast Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, dedicated to saving homeless, unwanted and abandoned cats and kittens. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that depends solely on donations which are tax deductible.

Our mission is to focus on having feral (wild) cats spayed and neutered to decrease overpopulation. We are very small and do not have a shelter but our cats and kittens are placed in foster homes. In the process of helping ferals, we come across cats and kittens who are friendly and placeable. These cats and kittens receive medical attention with the help of local veterinarians, and when ready, they are put up for adoption.
