Barn/Pet kittens's Story...
TIME IS RUNNING OUT! We have three wonderful fat healthy fluffy kittens, about 3 months old, two all black and one tuxedo. They are siblings who were unfortunately caught a bit too late to be tamed for the adoption center but are much too nice to release back to the feral colony. They have been in a foster home for a couple of weeks now and are getting more social. We believe that with time and patience these little ones would become very tame but our foster resources are stretched too thin this time of year for us to have the opportunity to do that. We are looking for a pet home with someone who would take the time to tame them, or a barn home where they would be fed and cared for in return for rodent control services. But time is running out! We need the foster space they are in for incoming younger kittens. Very soon we will have to put these kittens back where we got them and that would be a sad waste.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Barn/Pet kittens, a Duncan Domestic Longhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Duncan, or seeking a Domestic Longhair kitten from a breeder in Duncan.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Duncan already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Duncan breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Duncan paves the way for another one to be saved.
