My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Halley. I'm an amazing kitten. I love everyone and everything. I'm just happy all the time. I purr and I love to cuddle. I also have a fun, playful side. I'm smart and full of life. I love cat toys and wrestling with other kitties. I use my litterbox and cat scratching post like a good girl. Please apply to meet me today! You'll be so glad you did and you won't know what you ever did without me. Adoption fee: $100 and includes testing, deworming, vaccinations and spay.

Apply today or come meet dogs, cats, puppies and kittens at our adoption event on Sunday, October 2nd at Franklin Cider Mill, 7450 Franklin Rd. in Bloomfield Hills from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. We will have animals available for adoption - dogs, cats, puppies and kittens, as well as a Scentsy sale, and supply and fund drive to benefit the homeless animals of Paws for Life. The following weekend on Saturday, October 8th, we will be at the Puppy Love Dog Adoption Event at Ford Field, 151 N. Griswold in Northville from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Give a homeless pet the best gift ever - a family to love and a home for life!

Adoption Process:
Complete the application at the link above or send an email to info@pawsforliferescue.org to tell us which pet you're interested in and we'll send you a questionnaire that will help us make the best match for you and your new pet. We then arrange a location, date and time for you to meet some pets. If the meeting goes well and everyone is happy, you begin the two-week adjustment period with the pet as part of your family. This is a pending period to give your dog or cat time to adjust to their new home, new people, new routine, etc., and for you to decide if it's a match and the right pet for you. At the end of two weeks (some people extend the adjustment time as needed and that's fine too), if everyone is happy, then we finalize the adoption. Feel free to email if you have any questions.
