Briley is a sweet, gentle and loving soul. Some good samaratins found Briley near their office building where he was obviously dumped. He was timid and very leary of people, but eventually they gained his trust and were able to catch him. Briley went to a loving foster home where they worked with him on his confidence and trust issues. It didn't take long, Briley now knows that not all people are bad and if you will let him, he just wants to love you and be your friend and companion.
