Belaire's Story...
Any chance he can grab your heart with those eyes? Belaire has very unique eyes, one blue and one brown. And boy is he full of life. Belaire just wants to have a good time. Belaire was brought into the adoption centre on November 21, 2006. Belaire is still quite young; 10 months to 1 year we think. This means that he is still very active and needs a home that can give him some training. When Belaire is adopted he will be neutered, microchipped, and will come with many extras, including a free vet visit, first vaccination, and 6 weeks free pet health insurance.

Act quickly to adopt Belaire. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Belaire, a Cold Lake Alaskan Malamute dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Alaskan Malamute for sale in Cold Lake, or seeking a Alaskan Malamute dog from a breeder in Cold Lake.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cold Lake already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cold Lake breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Alaskan Malamute breeders who help with Alaskan Malamute rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cold Lake paves the way for another one to be saved.
