Boomer's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Boomer's Story...
Boomer is a male Chihuahua/possible Terrier mix breed who looks to be 8-9 months old, and weighs about 10 pounds.

He is healthy and soft, and uses his soulful eyes to beckon you to take him along. Sporting his "adopt me" cape, he proudly struts the neighborhood enjoying the fresh air and the attention of his admirers.

Our boy, Boomer gets along with other dogs and just loves to be with his human friends. He would do best in a home where he is not left alone for long periods of time.

Observed during overnights with volunteers, he likes to snuggle under the covers when it is time to go to bed.

Boomer is very affectionate, not hyper, so would be an easy companion for any household.

You can meet him at the Coronado Animal Care Facility every day from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (except holidays).

We have other dogs to choose from as well that you can see on the PAWS of Coronado website.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Boomer, a Coronado Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Coronado, or seeking a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Coronado.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Coronado already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Coronado breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Coronado paves the way for another one to be saved.
