Muffy's Story...
Scruffy and Muffy were saved from a horrible gassing death here in ky. they are siblings and are both so sweet and loving. they are about 5 mths old and love everyone. they are currently about 15-20 lbs each and will not get much bigger (if any). theses girls are attached to each other, and we would love to find them a home together, but if not, that is ok. as long as they have a loving family and will never have to worry about be stray again. if you would like to meet these sweet babies, please contact mary at corvetteluver01@yahoo.com or ladonna at ressem1@gmail.com Most of our animals come from very high kill rural area shelters. Most have been neglected and/or abused, so please consider giving a loving new home to one of our wonderful pets...you will be repaid with years of love and devotion. TRANSPORT CAN LIKELY BE ARRANGED TO AN APPROVED HOME. Thanks for looking! I need a sponsor! If you can't adopt, please consider sponsoring a needy animal. For a small donation, you can help cover food and vet costs for these homeless animals!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Muffy, a Paintsville Fox Terrier (Wirehaired)/Border Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Fox Terrier (Wirehaired)/Border Terrier for sale in Paintsville, or seeking a Fox Terrier (Wirehaired)/Border Terrier dog from a breeder in Paintsville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Paintsville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Paintsville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Fox Terrier (Wirehaired)/Border Terrier breeders who help with Fox Terrier (Wirehaired)/Border Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Paintsville paves the way for another one to be saved.
