Lucy's Story...
Lucy is a not-as-dilute-as-she-used-to-be tortie & White. Her colors have darkened a lot but she still isn't quite the vibrant colors of a true tortie. You have to say Lucy's name the way Ricky Ricardo did when he got home - "LUCY, I'm home!" - otherwise she doesn't respond. So her brother HAD to be Ricky. She is, unfortunately, a "snotty-nosed cat". She isn't allowed outside. She likes attention but doesn't like to be picked up. When you try to pet her she will lower her body, the opposite of hunching her back. She likes to sleep on your pillow, especially when YOU are trying to sleep on your pillow. She gets along very well with all other cats, even the old grouchy ones I have that don't like anyone. She will sleep with the 20-year-old cat & not even go for his canned food till he is finished. I mother orphaned kittens & also take in pregnant cats who have no where else to go. Most of my cats are either those moms or some of their offspring.

Most of our adoptable pets are at a friend's house in Morrow, Ohio, but we will bring the cat to you if you wish.

We ask only a small fee (usually $30 - $40) to help cover costs of spay/neuter, shots & tests.
